6 Simple Everyday Exercises BURN FAT QUICK *requested*
These are simple exercises that I do everyday. Although I am not skinny, I did tone up quick in less than a month with a balanced diet and doing these everyday. Ladies (and guys) you CAN tone up and you CAN feel good about yourselves again; just push yourself everyday and you’ll see results quicker than you thought. Try these out for a month and if no results let me know. Request other work out videos if you’d like. Love you guys, enjoy (:

Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me

@taylor38119 also if you loose weight fats you will get stretch marks and you will have a saggy tummy because the muscles are not forming fast enough with the fat loss

instead of crunches i do mountain climbers crunches tone abs but mountain climbers raises you stomatch to show abs when abs are seen do crunches to make abs bigger

@taylor38119 This alone will not give you any changes or weight loss. If you want to see a difference and fast, then you need to focus more on your eating habits, drink water constantly, do more cardio, etc. I am posting one video a day about the health tips that made me lose weight….You might want to go and check those out. I lost about 8 lbs of fat in less than 3 months just by following those tips (which by the way, were given to me by my personal trainer).
hey just wondering how long it realy taes to start seeing a difference? i am not a bad size but my downfall is my tummy, its like a bloated bump which makes me look pregnant-(which im not !!) and am sick of it, do you think this will work for me? thanks x chelle x
